Support Subscriptions for 2012
The First column is for the payment type. These payments are based upon one store, for multiple stores please contact us and we will send a special invoice. The second column is for our standard support services. The third adds telephone support to the standard support service. Please only use the one Pay Now button appropriate to your situation. Payments submitted here are processed by PayPal but a PayPal account is not required. Payment types consist of one single payment for the year. Monthly payments are available and require a free, easy to set up, PayPal account. Monthly payments add a 5% service charge. Please contact us for further information.

Very Important Message
Often we will receive phone calls from computer techs that state they are working for a client. We will not discuss anything about your account without you contacting us and letting us know, ahead of time, that a tech working for you will be contacting us.
If you know that a tech will be at your store and may need support services from us please let us know ahead of time. We want to make every effort to be available when a computer tech is in a store working. Without advance warning we may not be immediately available.
Standard Support Service Description
All support is offered by e-mail, message center or Instant Messaging.

Support is offered for the CAMS Retail Jeweler program. Please do not expect us to support your computer, your network or any other software.
Normal hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM and Saturday from 9AM to 1PM Central Time. Support may be available outside of these hours and is best requested by using our support request form available at http://mssoftware.com/index.php/support-request.
Program updates will normally be released 4 times per year or more. All updates are released via an Internet download. The download updates are secured by user id and password which will change as needed. All current support subscribers will be emailed with the download links and needed passwords on a regular basis. Please read the emails that we send, they always contain important information. We must have a valid email address to send these announcements to. If you think that we may not have the correct e-mail address please send a message to support@mssoftware.com with the correct address that we should be using.
Telephone Support Service Description
Telephone support includes the standard support features and adds the ability to request support over the telephone using our toll free phone number. Telephone support is available during normal business hours. Other times may be available upon request using the support form available at http://mssoftware.com/index.php/support-request.
